Started coming here recently for women’s health services, the staff is extremely friendly and warm. They make you feel super comfortable and answer any questions you have. I definitely recommend this place compared to places like planned parenthood where their services are extremely subpar. I’m not from this area but I’ll drive the distance just to go to this location because of their quality of service and caring attitude.

The clinic was all booked for today, but Candace was super helpful in answering my questions about an IUD and even booked an appointment for me at another office location since I was going to be out of town after today. I’ve never had a better experience calling a clinic or office, so shoutout to Candace!

I came here for a pap and women’s check up last week. I had originally made an appointment at planned parenthood and visited there before calling PFA. Planned parenthood wanted to charge me almost $200 just to see if I had a bladder infection or UTI. I was nervous to visit PFA bc there were some reviews saying it was unorganized and massive wait times. I’m so glad I went bc those reviews did not apply to me whatsoever. There were a few people waiting but nothing crazy. There is a little bit of a process to see the doctor but it was extremely organized. You’ll wait in the lobby until it’s your turn then head to the back where you’ll explain the reason for your visit and see if you qualify for a discount card. You’ll the. Be asked for a urine sample (if needed) and wait in a different waiting room for the doctor. So make sure you give yourself enough time for these steps. That being said, I was in and out in less than an hour. The doctor was very professional and the pap actually didn’t hurt like it has for me in the past. The doctor made everything very quick and there was also a nurse present. I ended up getting approved for the discount card so my visit was free. I’ll def be back to this location for any wellness check ups etc. while I’m unemployed due to Covid. Thank you PFA for providing such awesome service.
Made my appointment online, which was super convenient. No long wait! The staff here work very fast and friendly. Every nurse I came in contact were very professional and well groomed! Answered any questions I had. I felt safe and very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this location.
