Best experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility
Wonderful and great staff! Very helpful and informative. Enjoyed how everyone made sure you were okay and while getting my birth control replaced, the doctor kept making sure I was okay which was sweet! There were a few girls when I went in so I think that’s what took longer. Had to wait about over an hour to finally be seen but besides that everything was great.
The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been using their services on and off since I moved to Fresno in 2011 and I have always received services within a timely manner for a medical office.
Love this location. The intake is easy and the medical staff are all beautiful gems. A warm welcome and easy process.

Called for an appointment, got one for the next day! Explained my situation and was offered two routes to try to take care of it. Now I understand a woman's health is really important and will be looking to my provider about my thyroid issue. Thank you Mission Hills FPA for getting me what I need and working to efficiently!
I had a very nice experience from the front desk, to getting my blood drawn, and seeing the doctor! I always feel very welcomed and comfortable coming here and addressing my concerns to the staff :)

I’ve been going to this FPA location since 2017 and let me tell you it has changed a lot. I love this place! I went in without an appointment yesterday and the ladies were able to accommodate me right away. The staff is always in a good mood, kind and very professional. Jasmin is always so sweet and knowledgeable. Bonus for me, the manager is very involved. She’s at the front desk, sees and speaks to every single patient (&& has really nice hair, no frizz lol). I had to go back for a Dr. note and again it was taken care of on the spot. They make you feel comfortable and I’m very happy with the care provided.
