My first time at this location did not disappoint. I’ve visited FPA in Modesto, and received amazing treatment. Likewise, the nurses at this place were warm and welcoming. They are extremely knowledgeable and understanding of anyone’s situation. I felt very comfortable! Highly recommend this place.
Love love this place! I first came back in 2017 and had a wonderful experience. After a few years of having horrible experiences with places up the hill I decided to come back to FPA and I’m so glad I did. The first location was Riverside and this one was San Bernardino and both had excellent customer service! I felt comfortable and completely safe. They help with all women’s issues and concerns and are beating the competition out of the park! Mirna G at San Bernardino location is super friendly and keeps us calm and comfortable. I would recommend this clinic to any woman I know!
The service here is great and I love that they pick up their phone calls and I don't have to get sent to an automated service. Even the care providers here are very attentive and try to make my visits as comfortable as possible. I'm so appreciative that their wait time isn't too long when I have an appointment as compared to other women's wellness locations.
FPA West Covina is the best! They made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything to me & walked me through everything. Hope was so sweet & very thorough! She removed my nexplanon & inserted the paraguard IUD. So thankful I had her as my Dr. she is exceptional.
Being a woman sucks sometimes. Dealing with decisions about your body is difficult. These ladies are not only comforting but very discreet and respectful which is extremely important. From the time I walk through the door to walking out, they are sympathetic and supportive. No judgements. Just friendly faces, smiles and hugs if you need it. I appreciate everyone here for making my appointments less stressful. The office is extremely clean and well decorated. Candice and all the other ladies (Dr. Mann, Andreina, Janice, Ashley, Ariette) are amazing at their job. This is my second time at this location and they really made my first appointment a relaxed and easy one. They inform you on everything from protection to your lady bits emphasizing good vaginal and mental health. They really care about their patients. This is the BEST location if you ask me. THANK YOU LADIES! My lady parts and I appreciate you all!!! (Also, this first time I came here the lab technician who withdrew my blood left a bruise and it hurt. On my second visit, Crystal a new lab technician withdrew my blood effortlessly and it wasn't PAINFULL! She did an incredible job!)
